Liz truly has the perfect combo of care and knowledge to be your doula. She was my L&D nurse during the delivery of my fourth baby and it was by far my favorite, most peaceful delivery, largely due to Liz’s sweet presence. Liz held space for both the highest and scariest moments of childbirth with equal grace. I highly recommend her. Any mom and baby would be lucky to have her by their side.
